The procedure will be:
Download the Gantry and Hydrogen packages
From Joomla Administrator select Extensions - Extension Manager
Click the Chose File button and select the extension package on your PC
Click Upload and Install button
Requirements:
Apache 2.2+ or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP 5.4+
MySQL 5.1+
Joomla 3.4+
